Utilities assistance program through energy outreach Colorado.

Eligibility:

• 55 or older live in Denver County or in zip code 80033, 80212, 80214, 80215 of JeffCo
• Approved for LEAP
• Past due Xcel balance of $100 or more
• Must be making regular payments
• Clients can be eligible for assistance with EOC funds once per year.

The EOC year runs from October - September Services are by appointment Tuesday & Wednesday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
