ARCH believes one of the best ways to combat homelessness is by preventing it. To prevent homelessness, every year ARCH negotiates hundreds of tenant-landlords disputes. Our services are delivered to them in the form of assitance in paying arrears in rent, security deposit assistnce to move into another home after being evicted and our most recent addition to services is the assistance to prevent foreclosure and help in paying light utility. We also help tenants in resolving a housing dispute/problem between the landlord & tenant or by connecting the client with legal assistance when the problem is unjust or unfair. Our goal is to help families overcome their pain, anxiety, and disparity from seemingly hopeless situation of losing their most basic human commodity....their home.
