The Anoka County Community Action Program, Inc. is an innovative catalyst for empowering lower income Anoka County residents to achieve their aspirations and dreams.
The Anoka County Community Action Program provides Crisis, Energy, Child Care, and housing assistance. Energy conservation is an integral part of this program in helping participants lowering their energy costs during the cold weather season. The program helps income eligible Homeowners and Renters with assistance toward their Heating and Electric bills.
The Energy Assistance Program runs from October 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.
