To be eligible for this service you must:    

• Be at imminent risk of homelessness    
• Earn less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Notice from landlord, including but not limited to a Demand for Compliance   

Current lease agreement    

One month’s worth most recent pay stubs, or your most recent income verification statement intake sites: Murphy Center 242 Conifer St, Fort Collins 80524

Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 9:00 am-11:00 am and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm

Additional Hours:

• Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
